J-Lo Has Top Single At iTunes; R.E.M., Sara Evans, Avril Lavigne Make Album Debuts

We have a Bieber-free iTunes Top 10 this week...

JLo's first season as an American Idol judge hasn't kept her from the recording studio. I see that as an unfortunate development but I must be in the minority because "On The Floor" is the #1 single at iTunes for this past week. I'm sure being able to premiere the video on the still-popular program didn't hurt when it came to promotion and exposure. There seems to have been little movement on the singles chart elsewhere other than the disappearance of Justin Bieber.

There's no Bieber on the albums chart, either. Lupe Fiasco has dethroned Adele with the #1 album. Recent releases from Avril Lavigne, R.E.M., and Sara Evans have made their Top 10 debuts. I'm happy to see Collapse Into Now in the Top 10. I wish I liked the album more than I do.
